Anyone found guilty of flouting these rules will be duly dealt with.

Our guides will:

• Be punctual for all assignments.
• Ensure that the period of service agreed upon has been duly fulfilled.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and mannerism.
• Maintain a high level of integrity.
• Remain presentable at all times in accordance to the service rendered.

Our guides will not:

• Accept any form of personal incentives from vendors.
• Demand for more than what has been agreed in our rates. 

Tipping is a much appreciated gesture but not compulsory.
